Shipping & delivery
We deliver throughout Switzerland and also offer free collection in Selzach by appointment.
- Postal delivery: CHF 8.90, arriving within 2–4 business days
- Free postal delivery on orders over CHF 100
- Collection in Selzach by appointment: free
Payment
Choose the method that suits you. All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Credit card — Visa, Mastercard or American Express, for delivery or collection
- Bank transfer in advance — for postal delivery; we dispatch once payment is received
- Cash — on collection
Collection & appointments
Prefer to collect your order? You are welcome to pick it up free of charge in Selzach — simply arrange a time with us in advance.
To book a collection time, contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp and we will confirm a slot that works for you.
Ordering & help
