1. Pricing Policy
The prices listed on Doitdeco’s official website and sales channels already include Swiss VAT (currently 7.7%), standard packaging fees, and order processing costs.
Any additional charges (if applicable, e.g., customs clearance for specific product categories) will be communicated and only applied with the customer’s consent during the order confirmation process.
2. Shipping Policy
Free shipping across Switzerland for orders valued at CHF 50 or above.
For orders under CHF 50, a flat shipping fee of CHF 7 applies nationwide.
Orders will be carefully packed according to Doitdeco’s standards to ensure safety during transportation. For special packaging requests, please contact us for support (additional charges may apply).
3. Delivery Time
Major cities (e.g., Zürich, Bern, Geneva, Basel): 2 – 3 working days from order confirmation.
Other regions: 3 – 5 working days, depending on location.
⚠️ During holidays or in force majeure circumstances (e.g., weather, hard-to-find addresses, shipping carrier issues), delivery time may be extended. Doitdeco will promptly notify customers in such cases.
4. Delivery Process
The shipping carrier will contact customers before delivery. If the customer is unavailable, up to 2 redelivery attempts will be made. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to Doitdeco.
Upon receiving the order, customers are advised to check the product’s condition, quantity, and integrity before signing the delivery note.
Doitdeco recommends customers record an unboxing video as proof in case of returns, exchanges, or complaints.
5. Return & Warranty Policy
Doitdeco accepts returns/exchanges only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects.
Damage during shipping.
⏱ Return request period: within 7 days of receiving the order.
⏱ Return processing time: within 14 days from the date the request is received.
Doitdeco will guide customers through the return process and cover shipping costs if the fault lies with Doitdeco or the carrier.
For valid return/exchange requests, customers may choose:
A replacement product.
A refund (if payment has already been made).
6. Payment Methods
Online payment via secure gateways: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Twint.
Bank transfer (details provided during checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available in Switzerland.
